Do I need to switch tools?

No. We plug into your current CRM, phone, calendar, billing, and gym platforms.

How fast is implementation?

The automation example ships in 10 days. Most clients see impact within 14–30 days post go‑live.

Can you train my team?

Yes—live handoff plus short Loom SOPs. Most teams are fully productive within a week.

Can you work with my gym systems?

Yes—GymSales, Ignite, Mindbody, and WellnessLiving, plus your CRM, calendar, and billing tools.

Is this secure and compliant?

We use least‑privilege access, audit logs, and your platform's security. For messaging and voice, we follow consent, opt‑out, and call‑recording rules.

Pricing & Commitment

Do you publish prices?

We don't—every build is tailored to your goals, tools, and volumes. You'll receive a fixed-price proposal during your strategy session.

What impacts price the most?

Number/complexity of systems, data volumes, channels (email/SMS/voice), and custom logic.

What is your commitment to results?

We work until you're satisfied with the outcomes. Clear success metrics and ongoing optimization are documented in your SOW.

What happens if outcomes take longer?

We continue optimizing and iterating against the agreed success metrics. No legal guarantees—just a results-focused partnership.

How do you measure results?

We use tracked booking links, unique numbers, CRM source tags, automation logs, and before/after benchmarks to attribute outcomes.

Can you support us after launch?

Yes. Managed Automation is available with monitoring, small changes, and monthly reporting—custom priced.

Ownership & Hosting

Who owns the IP?

You own your data, content, and brand assets. We license the custom implementation to you for perpetual internal use. Our underlying frameworks and connectors remain our IP, which is standard for agencies.

Can we stop the retainer and still use the system?

Yes. You can continue to use the deliverables by self hosting. We will provide an export and an optional migration service. Hosted workloads on our cloud require an active plan.

Can we self host from day one?

Yes. We can deploy to AWS, GCP, Azure, or your VPS. There is a one time setup and a lighter maintenance plan for updates and security patches.

What happens if we lapse on payment?

We send notices, provide a 15 day grace period, and offer an export. After the grace period we suspend hosted runtimes. No data is deleted without written approval.
