Ownership and hosting

Advisory, assessment, governance, and training work has no runtime and needs no hosting plan. For software we host, the default is license plus an active monthly service plan covering uptime, monitoring, support, and in-scope tweaks. Prefer to own the runtime? We can deploy to your cloud instead.

Ownership and license

You own your data and brand assets.
Everyday Workflows keeps ownership of reusable libraries, templates, and connectors.
After final payment you get a perpetual license to custom deliverables for internal business use.

Hosting and support

Most automations and AI services run on Everyday Workflows Cloud for reliability, security, and monitoring.
Hosted runtimes need an active monthly service plan. Advisory, assessment, governance, and training work does not.
AI provider, cloud, and SaaS costs are billed by those providers and are not in our fees unless your written scope says so. The scope states whose account each runs on.
Prefer your own cloud? We can deploy there. Self-host and migration are available.

If the service plan ends

We provide a data and code export.
Hosted runtimes pause after a grace period.
You can keep running the deliverables on your own infrastructure.
